i appreciated the bed, it was super. it is next to the airport.

The staff was excellent, the beds were spacious. The hotel was located in the center of the city. Rooms were good sized.

Room was good and situated well for me close to Ring 3 road. Close to shopping center with many restaurants. Breakfast was good.

When booking mmy self to hotel, only one person of 4 could some english. More like russian hotel. visa or other credit cards did not work at all. I had to take cash from "wall" which is very expencive before getting in to Hotel. I had although done my reservation confirmed with my visa card. not nice!

Wind from windows and it took us 15 minutes waiting while some one from reseprion will come to register us.

Double room was really big an comfortable, equipped with new big LED TV. Hotel was really newly built and you could notice it.

It was unusually less guests in a hotel, during the breakfast you could see maximum 10 people which is too less for hotel of 200 rooms. And the bar of the hotel was missing any atmosphere at all.

The breakfast is an absolute disaster. The services for breakfast became much worth in comparision to our stay last month.

Large and clean room. WIFI running perfectly. Friendly people at reception.

Breakfast only from 07.00 am. Inconvenient for early departure. My booking was not considered. Hopefully rooms were available at the same rate. The gentleman in charge of internet booking was absent for some days !!!

There is a convenient drop and pick up facility from hotel to kropec exhibition ground. And the staff are very friendly. Next to being RIO mall is helpful for making shopping as well !

When arriving to the hotel the payment of the 1:st night was required ayt once. In the room it became obvious, that there is not hot water in the shower and the climate control was not working. Only then the staff told me by phone, that it has been like that already two weeks and will be like that for one more week. I had booked the hotel not only for me, but also to my collegues arrivin one day later, so I had no other option, but find a new hotel for the rest of the week. A discount of 25% was issued but does not solve the problem. SO, I Stronly suggest for you to remove this hotel from your list of hotels, at least for some time.

The whole hotel is almost new. The room was nicely decorated and it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and my no-smoking room at the 12th floor was very quite and comfortable. The hotel is conviniently located besides a shopping mall were there are some restaurants and coofee shops. Besides is not that far from SVO airport and Crocus Exhibition center. Overall a good experience.

The staff at the reception during the night shift and at the restaurant didn't spoke english. They seem to be poorly trained and not service oriented.

Spacious rooms, all very new and very high level.

Most of staff unable to speak english, internet connection had some fault and it was not able to fix as he was on holidays :(, no laundry service.
